Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
Additional qualifications such as MBA (Finance), CFA, FRM, or similar risk certifications preferred.
Minimum 20–25 years of post-qualification experience in Finance, Accounts, Audit, and/or Risk Management within Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or PSU-linked organisations.

The Chief Finance and Risk Officer (CFRO) will provide strategic leadership in managing PSB Alliance's financial, risk,
and governance functions. The role encompasses oversight of financial planning, treasury, compliance, enterprise-wide
risk management, and audit operations.
Bachelor's degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in accounting, finance operations, and reporting.
